❤️ WHAT A WEEK!

Some weeks are busy.
Some weeks are meaningful.
And then there are weeks where so many special things happen that you have to stop for a moment and take it all in.
This past week was one of those weeks for me. 🥹

🏡 🔑 Thursday: A very special property journey came to an end with a successful key handover and a very excited new homeowner.
🏃‍♀️💦 Saturday morning: Supporting the Edgemead Running Club's 5km Relay Challenge with RealNet Platinum, coordinating the water table and prizes.
🌸 Saturday: Ending the day at the Linkway Women's Conference, "Promises", where I had the privilege of being one of the guest speakers.

Three very different events, three very different hats, but one common thread:
People. Community. Purpose. ❤️

I'm feeling incredibly grateful for a week filled with connection, celebration, service and some very special memories.

And now... I think I need a little rest! 😂❤️

🌸 PROMISES | LINKWAY WOMEN'S CONFERENCE
.. And then Saturday ended with something very close to my heart. 🩷

I had the privilege of being one of the speakers at the Linkway Church Women's Conference, "Promises", where I shared a message on The Heart of the Father.

Standing on that stage and sharing something that is so personal to me was a privilege I don't take lightly.

The conference brought together women from different backgrounds, different stories and different seasons of life, creating a beautiful space to connect, listen, encourage one another and simply be together.

There was worship, laughter, reflection, meaningful conversations and some very special moments throughout the day.

I loved being part of a programme that reminded us that our stories matter and that we don't have to walk through life's different seasons alone. 🩷

Having my daughter there with me made the day even more special.💗

I'm leaving this one with a very grateful heart.

Thank you to everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the conference so special, to the women who showed up with open hearts, and to those who trusted me to share my story and message.

What a beautiful reminder of the power of connection, encouragement and community. 🌸

🏃‍♀️💦 COMMUNITY, RUNNING & A WHOLE LOT OF ENERGY!

Saturday morning was all about community spirit as the Edgemead Running Club hosted their 5km Relay Challenge.

I was so proud to coordinate the water table and prizes on behalf of RealNet Platinum and to support an event that brings people in our local community together through sport, participation and a whole lot of fun. ❤️

There was such an incredible atmosphere on the morning. Lots of energy, plenty of encouragement and, of course, very welcome water stops along the route! 😂💦

One of the highlights for me was seeing the prizes being handed out to the winning teams.
The five large hampers were divided between the Male Team, Female Team, Mixed Team, Junior Team and Best Dressed Team, so that each category received the same prize.

Patrick, the main organiser, later shared how much the teams loved the prizes, which made it even more special to know that our contribution was genuinely appreciated. ❤️

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part, and especially to all the winning teams! 🏆👏

Thank you to the Edgemead Running Club for allowing RealNet Platinum to be part of the day.

Supporting the communities we work in is something that is very close to my heart.

It's about being present, getting involved and giving back. ❤️

A new month, a fresh start, and plenty of beautiful moments waiting to bloom! 🌿✨

🏡🔑 A VERY SPECIAL KEY HANDOVER | MONTE

Some property transactions are memorable because of the result. Others are memorable because of the people. This one was both. ❤️

This Monte Vista home came to the market on a Sole & Exclusive Mandate, and the response was incredible. Within hours, viewing appointments were filling up and a written offer at full asking price was received on the very day the property went live.

But as exciting as that part of the journey was, there is one moment that will always stand out for me...
🔑 Key handover day.

Watching the sellers hand over the keys to the buyer as she begins a new chapter in her home was incredibly special.

What started as a property transaction became something much more personal along the way. I feel incredibly privileged to have been trusted by both the sellers and the buyer to be part of such an important chapter in their lives.

For me, this is what property is really about!

It's about people.
It's about trust.
It's about relationships.

And ultimately, it's about helping people find their place to call home. ❤️

Sold on the very Same Day it went to market, for the Full Asking price!💫

This was such a special property journey from the very beginning.

The response to this Sole & Exclusive Mandate was incredible. Within hours of launching, viewing appointments were filling up and a full asking price offer was received on the day the property went live.

But for me, the real highlight was not just the result. It was seeing the journey come full circle and handing the keys to the new owners as they begin their next chapter in this much-loved home. 🔑🏡

A heartfelt thank you to my sellers for trusting me with their home, and to everyone who showed interest along the way.
