Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Sectional Title Accountant with Weconnectu expertise to handle levy account administration, debt collection, and property transfer processing for multiple schemes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Full levy account administration on Weconnectu.
Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to Trustees.
Manage debt collection processes and liaise with attorneys when needed.
Process property transfers, clearance figures, and levy clearance certificates.
Assist in budget preparation and annual audit processes.
Ensure compliance with STSMA and CSOS regulations.Requirements:
Bookkeeping/Accounting qualification (minimum certificate level).
