There were times when I found myself wondering how you were managing such a challenging process. At times I had to push you, and afterwards I'd wonder whether I was being too hard on you. But through it all, it was like watching God work in your life in real time. Your patience, perseverance, and faith carried you through every obstacle.

This handover is particularly special because it highlights the full journey of real estate when your buyers become sellers. It is another example of the long-term relationships built through consistent service, trust, and commitment.

Another Successful Key Handover! 🔑

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Orth family for trusting me to assist them with the purchase of their beautiful new apartment.

Unfortunately, we were unable to do a formal key handover as they moved in at a later date, but it was still a special milestone worth celebrating.

A special thank you to Mr Donaven Moodly. When we first started this journey together, your property had already been on the market for almost two years. It was an absolute pleasure assisting with the sale of the apartment, especially considering that we first became acquainted when I was the estate manager at the complex.

Thank you for your trust, patience, and support throughout the process. Wishing the Orth family many happy years in their new home and Mr. Moodley all the best for the future.

Shukr to Allah for the opportunities.

It’s been a busy and rewarding week. Just last week I found myself reflecting on how tough it can be working for yourself. Weeks can go by with little to no movement, yet you keep pushing because you have goals, responsibilities, and a vision you’re committed to.

And then, the call comes…
“Dayyaan, you need to come see us we’ve put in an offer.”

That one call meant everything. It meant I now had to sell two properties so my seller could secure their new home. The only thing they said to me was, “We called you because you must make magic.”

Three working days later, full asking price on the one, and just short of full price on the other.

This wasn’t just about property. It was about people. About trust. About helping someone in our community take the next step.
