We are heartbroken by the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Barbara Manning.

Barbara was more than an exceptional agent - she was a warm, steady presence, always generous with her time, her knowledge and her kindness. She took immense pride in her work, cared deeply for her clients, and carried herself with quiet confidence and grace.

Those who worked alongside her will remember her professionalism, her dedication, and the sincerity with which she built lasting relationships. Barbara leaves behind a legacy of excellence, compassion and integrity, and she will forever remain part of the fabric of our LGSIR Family.

The unanimous decision comes as inflation continues to ease, with October CPI at 3.6% and the outlook improving into next year. 🌿
