On a serious note, I believe motivation comes from within. Remember to be grateful for everything, because gratitude brings the joy back into your heart. Every day is a brand-new day, filled with new beginnings and opportunities. Therefore, take on each day with an excellent spirit!

The other small things that make my day better are kindness, friendliness, and being around people who accept and acknowledge you for who you are. Those little things can brighten anyone’s day!
