3 delivery trucks parked in Sidmouth Road. Only one of them in the loading bay, the other 2 parked on a red line. An LE car was parked at the entrance of Sidmouth Road but was doing nothing about this. When I approached the officer in the car and asked him to please ask the trucks to move from the red line he tried to explain why it was allowed. Eventually waving me away and refusing to give me his name. City of Cape Town Why are your LE officers not enforcing the law?
