PAROW NORTH - CANOPY ESTATE🏠

It is official, we have a new estate within Parow North. 😍

Recently we intended to print a brochure advertising: "Spacious homes for Growing families". 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦Instead an auto-correct failure resulted in an advertisement that read: "Spacious homes for Gnawing families." 🐾

Curly Tail, 🐿a local grey squirrel marched through our office doors. Hopped onto a chair and stared fixingly at our property listings.🏠 Not finding a suitable home, he was clearly disappointed.

As we pride ourselves on never turning away a client, 📝we decided to honour the brochure. We contacted a carpenter and commissioned custom-built, ultra-luxury wooden squirrel mansions with balconies. 🏠

The launch of the "Parow North Canopy Estates" was last week where we hosted handover 🗝🐿of the wooden mansions in Narsing street to Curly Tail and his cousin, Chipper.

So "Whiskers" visited our office today,, meowing (demanding) an explanation: he had heard we sold an apartment to two mice 🐁and he is highly disappointed to find out they were only for other animals.

He proposed a unique partnership to help us sell the perfect feline-friendly properties too.🐈‍⬛ Since cats famously believe they own the real estate they inhabit, he offered to be our "Director of Emotional Support" and feline real estate consultant.🏠

In exchange for commission in the form of tuna, chin scratches, Whiskers promised to inspect all our listings for "cat approval". 🐾 He even offered to interview prospective homes and help stage properties with warm blankets and cozy sweater drawers. We accepted his terms.

Now, Whiskers officially oversees our office. Whenever we take on a new house with a great backyard or sun-drenched floorboards, he will surely give it a thorough paw of approval, 🐾making it incredibly easy to sell those homes to fellow animal lovers.❤️

🏠The Tale of the Pickiest Buyers

I finally met the most difficult clients of my career. They were small, furry, and absolutely refused to budge on their "must-haves.🐾 "We need something cozy," they squeaked. "Low ceilings, a pantry, and absolutely NO cats!"😹

They didn't care about the schools and proximity to shopping centers. I showed them a beautifully renovated house in Panorama, but they turned their noses up at the staging. In the end, they settled for an apartment in Goodwood & moved in under the kitchen cabinets.🎀

It just goes to show you: everyone is looking for their perfect home. 🏠Whether you have two legs or four, if you are looking for a new place to squeeze into (or a slightly larger one for your family), let’s chat.
