Not every project begins with demolition.

These floors were part of the original structure, carrying years of character and warmth that immediately shaped the direction of the space. Rather than replacing them, the design responded to them.

The palette, textures and furniture were all considered with the understanding that the floors would remain. The result feels grounded and intentional.

Sometimes the most contemporary thing you can do is keep what already works.

Mothers often create comfort for everyone else before themselves.

When asked what they would design for their parents, their answers were unexpectedly thoughtful. A coffee corner to pause together, a bay window with a beautiful view. Small moments of rest imagined through the eyes of children.

A reminder that the spaces we remember most are rarely the loudest ones. They are the ones that make us feel cared for.
