We're thrilled to announce that, due to increasing demand, WeWork SA has expanded its offering at 80 Strand Street, taking an additional 1000 sqm, further solidifying their commitment to providing innovative workspace solutions. We're excited to welcome an additional 250 WeWork members to the building, growing this thriving community. This growth is made possible through a fantastic collaboration between building co-owners, Emira Property Fund and Swish Property Group, and WeWork. We look forward to continuing to support businesses in and coming to South Africa with flexible and inspiring workspace options, and we are delighted to announce that the official launch date for this expansion is set for November 1st, 2023.
