Bo***ge of debt is crippling. It is one of the enemy’s tools to keep us in bo***ge and paralyze us with fear. The Bible is filled with warnings against the slavery of debt. Too many believers are in debt, in bo***ge and out of God’s will. Obedience and faithfulness bring freedom and prosperity. Faithfulness and obedience lead us to a long list of powerful promises.
Proverbs 23:4-5 By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established, by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. 5 A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might.

Create a monthly spending plan
• Take an honest look at your financial situation.
• Get to know the true extent of your debt problem
• Be brutally honest and see where you spend unnecessarily
• Determine Essentials for Living
• Eliminate unnecessary living expenditures
Think Before Buying
• If your family is in debt, evaluate every purchase
• Ask yourself.” Can I do this less expensive?
• Do I really need this?
Cut up the credit cards
• If you are in debt from the misuse of credit cards, stop - totally stop - using it.
• Don’t borrow money to pay your debts.
Learn from your mistakes
• Rather than being overwhelmed, decide to learn from your experience and find a solution.
Embrace God’s perspective on money
• Ask God to forgive you for your past financial mistakes, and help you move forward with wisdom.
Use money as a tool to fulfil your life’s purpose
• Keep your goals in mind as you plan your finances.
Stick to a budget
• stay focused on your goals
• and control impulse spending.
• Be disciplined – stop spending more money than what you have
• You can only fix a financial problem, by fixing yourself!
• You cannot borrow your way out of debt.
• It only takes you deeper into the snare of the curse
