Most people will prefer to remain gripped to a situation- even if they know it is dysfunctional, rather than go through the pain and suffering of breaking away. See and embrace change as an opportunity to grow, improve and to better yourself. Unexpected change will at times signal a new beginning, and with new beginnings, other things must obviously end. The question is, what will you be focusing on? Will you focus on the new beginning and the opportunities it could potentially bring, or will you struggle to accept, what you might have lost? The endings will obviously not serve you in the future. So, is there any point focusing on them? Instead, it’s much better to see the change as a fresh start, filled with new opportunities and perspectives, that will help you to improve your life for the better.

Change comes by Choice
Are you merely existing and not really living? You run your life on Auto-pilot. It is not that life is bad and you are struggling- you just don’t have the same joy as before! Life does not get better by chance, it gets better by choice! Every choice that I make today, will determine the outcome tomorrow. You realize you must take the next step and start doing things differently, in order to change your circumstance. Yet, there is something holding you back! Maybe it is the fear of the unknown. Know with certainty, that God will never leave or forsake you during this whole process of change. You will never be alone.
Psalm 32:8 I [the Lord] will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you
Commit your ways unto the Lord once again, ask Him for guidance and wisdom. Start to plan. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Ask God to align your thought with His will, so that you will be successful.
