Divan du Plessis is a Professional Commercial Property Broker and has been actively involved in many facets of the Real Estate and Built Environment for nearly more than a decade.
His long history of involvement in the Commercial Real Estate industry began at an early age during his high school years while gaining valuable experience working as an intern for an Architecture firm which taught him the basics of the designing aspects of buildings and the necessary work that goes into it.
Shortly thereafter he started working as a Cadastral Technical Draughtsman for various Land Surveyors which helped him gain experience and knowledge around the developments of Townships, Cities, Sectional Title Apartments and Offices.
Following his background in Land Surveying, he completed his Post Graduate Degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Johannesburg.
