ARE WE EVEN BEGINNING TO REALIZE OUR TRUE REAL ESTATE POTENTIAL?!?

I was immensely privileged to participate in a podcast on Realty, People & AI, with the legendary Margaret Hirsch called `Margaret on the Move’ and it most definitely got me thinking.

As real estate entrepreneurs, are we truly realizing our potential?

Are we working for somebody else or are we working for ourselves?!?

I particularly enjoyed the unexpected areas our Podcast opened up, including the changing business models emerging within the global real estate industry, especially focusing on the multi-platform, cloud-based, agent-centric eXp approach, building a team of entrepreneurs and having multiple income streams vs. the conventional bricks-and-mortar owner/ broker franchises with high over-heads and huge obligations.

Alvin Toffler says: “The illiterate of the 21st Century will not be those who cannot read or write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.”

There’s a brave new world of opportunity out there just waiting for us to embrace.
