Below is the new commission structure that is being offered, giving the sellers 3 different options to choose from.
- The 2% option (plus VAT) - homeowner shows the property to prospective buyers themselves. Latsky Properties do all marketing and advertising on the various property websites, set up appointments with the sellers and buyers and do all the backend work ie. having offers drawn up, bonds approved, selling buyers properties where needed, liaising with attorneys, obtaining compliance certificates, etc. Perfect for properties located anywhere in South Africa, including farms etc.
- The 3,5% option (plus VAT) – in this instance the seller grants Latsky Properties a sole mandate and will do everything with regards to the sale, e.g: marketing, viewings, qualifying buyers, having offers drawn up, bonds approved, selling buyers properties where needed, liaising with attorneys, obtaining compliance certificates, etc. Only for properties in and around Cape Town.
- The 4% option (plus VAT) - this option, as mentioned above, is used when the seller does not grant Latsky Properties a sole mandate, but prefers an open mandate. Your property will be given extensive internet exposure to the widest pool of global buyers via many top internet property websites.
