Cape Town Property Group provides trustee services and Executive Managing Agent (EMA) services to sectional title clients (per PMR 28 of the STSM 2011). As members of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA) Cape Town Property Group subscribes to their code of conduct as well as that of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), whose task it is to regulate the property industry. We support the PPRA’s drive to ensure that Property Practitioners conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner. We further support the late Nelson Mandela’s ideal of a democratic and free society and actively advocate for the elimination of racial prejudice within the property industry. My Home in Cape Town is a not-for-profit trust established by the directors of Cape Town Property Group to provide financial assistance for the transfer of property.
