The writer has extensive experience in this sector, having s

pent the early part of his property career managing a commercial property division at Boland Bank(1992). The Agency covers the Northern and Southern suburbs of the Western Cape, as well as Montague Gardens and Killarney Gardens. We specialise specifically in the Leasing and Sale of factories, warehouses, office / retail space, and the sale of industrial land. Due to our on-going and established business association with private developers, we are continually involved in the establishment of new commercial and industrial parks. The same exercise is available for clients wishing to rent, rather than purchase, with an option to purchase the property at a later date.
