e acquiring a home for the first time or a due-diligence on a proposed new acquisition. We are recognised specialists in municipal general valuation objections, supplementary valuations and appeals in terms of the Municipal Property Rates Act. All valuations are performed by persons registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuation Profession (SACPVP) and have met the requirements for Continuing Professional Education. Our members hold various levels of memberships with voluntary Associations, including both active membership with the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV) as well as registered as Chartered Valuation Surveyors with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
