I work with building plans and council submissions here in Cape Town, mainly assisting estate agents when properties need updated or as-built plans to help sales or transfers go through smoothly. It may also be required by banks for bond purposes.

If you ever come across listings where plans are required specifically for carports, swimming pools, garden sheds, patio roofs, boundary walls or internal alterations, I can assist with a fairly fast turnaround.

Just thought I’d reach out in case it’s useful for you or your clients.

I have known Neville well for decades, and he could not be a better choice for such a service. Neville didn't ask me to do this promotion I just wanted to do it because as an animal lover (5 dogs and 1 cat) I know that I would be 100% happy to trust Neville with my fur kids!

In Loving Memory: Terence "Mr T" Ferdinando

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our colleague and friend, Terence Ferdinando, affectionately known to so many as “Mr T”.

Terence’s journey with the business began in 1986 at Steer & Co, and over the years he remained part of the company through its evolution into ERA Steer and later Chas Everitt International Property Group Cape Town South. For nearly four decades, he was a familiar and valued part of the office and its history, as well as a mentor to generations of agents who crossed his path over the years.

Mr T was known for his calm nature, his easy-going personality, and the quiet presence he brought to those around him. He shared many years, friendships, conversations, laughs, and memories with colleagues, agents, clients, and service providers alike. To many of us, it is difficult to imagine the office without him.

His passing has come as a tremendous shock, and he will be sincerely missed by everyone whose lives he touched over the years.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Terence’s family, friends, and all who knew and cared for him during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace, Mr T.
Thank you for being part of our story for so many years.
