Key responsibilities:

- Dealing with all inbound phone calls
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries/leads
- Logging and maintaining enquiries on CRM/ERP system
- Booking Inspections and managing Sales Consultants Diaries
- Sales Support
- Assisting with sales
- Maintaining Social media enquiries
- Assisting with Stock Control
- Managing attendance
- General admin
- Weekly & Monthly Deadlines
