We are once again looking for Property Scouts to help our brokers in their specific areas.
The job entails the Scouts to hunt and find new properties to list on the brokers respective stock sheets. This will include finding the properties, getting owner/landlord details and all information of the property as well as taking pictures.
The position offers a basic salary, petrol allowance, cellphone allowance as well as a finders fee for each new property listed.
This is a training position which could lead you to soon becoming your own broker dealing with the smaller, more popular properties. Thus earning a substantial amount of commission.
