13 Arrows Construction CC develops Multi-million rand Commercial and Residential properties contracts in and around the Western Cape. We excel in the construction of up-market to medium size housing. We also do spec building. We have been active since 2003.

In progress currently is a Keurboom renovation: Extensive renovations to this heritage home in Rondebosch. New bedroom, entertainment area, dining area, bathrooms and a complete refurbishment of the existing house. Due to it being a heritage site, additional permissions are required, to preserve their historical charm.

Completed in 2025 One&Only Spa: We project managed this project. A complete overall of the hotel's Spa facilities, which included the reception area, male and female pools, ablution areas, and 16 spa rooms. High end finishes. Fast track program and having to deal with restricted working hours meant this project had to be hands on, with some of the best skilled workers in Cape Town.
