Hi!

Please note this sewer use notice. The Portvale Body Corporate will be upgrading a section of the Portvale sewer system next Tuesday, the 7th of June.

Between the hours of 09h00 and 13H30 on this date, the PBC would like to ask that:

1 – No toilets are to be flushed, and
2 – No water outlet are to be used as the sewer system will be open.

The PBC would be grateful for your assistance in this regard.

The Portvale AGM for 2015 (We had to postpone last year's AGM to this year due to scheduling conflicts.) is happening next Thursday, 18th Feb, at the offices of Sandak Lewin Trust (SL House, 37 Riebeek Street, Cape Town) at 6:30pm. Our primary discussion topic will be the building's exterior re-painting and maintenance. All interested parties welcome.
