In the current Cape Town property market, many homeowners are finding it easier than ever to secure their own buyer. As a result, more people are choosing to sell privately. However, once a buyer has been found, the sales process can quickly become daunting and unfamiliar.

While conveyancers are responsible for the legal transfer of ownership, they do not manage the many practical, administrative and coordination aspects of the sale.
Coordinating paperwork, managing contractual deadlines, arranging compliance certificates and property inspections, liaising with contractors, banks and other third parties, tracking milestones, and keeping the transaction on course all remain the seller’s responsibility.

This is where we come in.

We bridge that gap by managing the sales transaction outside of the conveyancer’s legal scope of work, on behalf of the seller.
