Well here I Go !!!!
My cell number 072 582 4072 which is required for My Real Estate Business has failed to have the benefits loaded since the 25th of the month. I made the "fault" of requesting a change in debit order to the 01st of each month. This was obviously a HUGE
ENDEAVOUR & AN INCOMPABLE TASK WHICH I REQUESTED (...."How I dare inconvenient them?")
Needless to say, once I realised I could use my GMaps, could not call etc and had no benefits loaded I began this quest to have it corrected !!
On the 3rd January after at least 6 calls or more, I finally (SO I THOUGHT) got a resolution. I was told to go into a Cell C office "anyone" with a reference number and pay the pro-rata amount, firstly NO CELL C offices in Malls take money ? Should the call consultant not have known this ?
I was then sent off with a reference number to PicknPay easy-pay.
I am sitting looking at my receipt dated 03012022 @ 13h41.
I raced home and emailed proof and was told to wait 48 hours.
I have subsequently phoned and phoned spoken to copious amount of people - have names, ref numbers and confirmation that my account would be resolved and of course "I am so very sorry Mam"
On the 10th I was done with the S**T SHOW !!!!
I then got on the phone not very politely requested a senior person, well have spoken to 3 "Senior" "Managers" since.

REBOANA (my best yet - told me my package had been discontinued so I needed to upgrade to a different package) with the normal promises of calling me back to confirm all in order.

TODAY is the 14 midday and I still have NO benefits.
Please can SOMEONE ASSIST me with whom to talk to (of I know the "security questions / tricks / order / etc..." verbatim by now as I have to do them each time I call another incompetent Cell C staff member.
All I want at this stage is to have my account that they willingly debit without and problem; credited and I will be "On My Way"
PS: curious to see if this gets any reponse, will be the quickest yet!!
