We’re Hiring: Caretaker – Webb Road, Queenswood
Pro Admin is looking for a reliable, practical and professional Caretaker to assist with the day-to-day oversight of a residential complex in Queenswood.
The successful candidate must be able to monitor the property, coordinate site-related matters, communicate professionally with residents and service providers, and help ensure that the complex remains neat, safe and well-managed.
Position Details:
Job Type: Permanent, with a 3-month probation period
Location: Webb Road, Queenswood
Hours: 30 hours per week
Core Hours: 07:00 – 09:00 and 16:00 – 18:00
Flexibility: After-hours flexibility may be required
Salary: R4 000 – R5 000 per month, negotiable
We are looking for someone who is responsible, hands-on, solution-focused and able to work independently. The ideal candidate should communicate well with residents, trustees, contractors and the managing agent, and be comfortable using WhatsApp, mobile apps and camera/CCTV apps where required.
Previous caretaker, building management, facilities, maintenance or similar experience will be advantageous. Residing in or near Uniwood, Webb Road, Queenswood will also be advantageous.
What we offer:
A permanent position in a stable residential property environment, with clear role expectations and support from the trustees. A cellphone and/or cellphone allowance may be available, subject to terms and conditions.
