Behind this “Just Leased” announcement are weeks of follow-ups, three open show houses and a viewing that kept me at the property until 7 pm.

We brought this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home to market in August, initially for September occupation, which later moved to October.

At our first open show house, around 12 people confirmed and seven attended. At the second, around eight confirmed and two came through. For the third, three confirmed, but nobody arrived.

It can be discouraging when you’ve prepared, travelled and set aside time, only for a viewing to fall through. But you keep following up and making room for the next opportunity.

Then, in October, a new enquiry came in. We actioned it and arranged a viewing. On the day, the prospective tenant was delayed in traffic. I waited, we completed the viewing, and I only left the property at 7 pm.

Today, this home is officially LEASED. 🔑
