8 reasons our guests recommend for staying at 715 Beaumont:

1. We loved this place, it is brand new, fresh and have a well equipped kitchen. Great hosts too! (Mariana)

2. I choose Anne’s apartment at the Beaumont mainly practical reasons - it was very close to my office in Claremont. It turned out to be an excellent choice. I was looking for somewhere different to stay rather than paying for a hotel for two weeks. Personally, I prefer self catering when I am working late and the apartment was spacious and clean and easy to relax in. The local shops are all within 5 mins walk and there are plenty of places to eat. I even managed to walk to the Table Mountain National Park which is also very close. Anne is quick to respond to any of my questions. In summary, a great place to stay and ideal for anyone looking for somewhere different to stay while in business in Claremont in Cape Town. (Stephen)

Another great review: "We had a wonderful stay and Anne was a very welcoming, friendly and obliging host! The apartment was spacious for 2 people, clean, nicely decorated and had provisions of basic necessities for our stay there including shampoos and soaps, cleaning products and teas and coffee. It is also in a very convenient location in Claremont and only a short walk to Cavendish shopping centre. There is secure parking available in the visitors' parking bays. We would definitely stay here again!"

Beautifully designed and comfortable flat with biometric security and free underground parking. Close to city center, UCT and shopping mall.

Our guests love 715 Beaumont: "Beautifully clean, very well appointed and modern and very conveniently located near all the major Claremont facilities. And within a 10/15 minute ride from Cape Town central. Anne was really helpful with the check in times and good communications. Would stay again!"

"Anne and Jo are wonderful hosts, made me feel more than welcome during my extended stay in their wonderful apartment. Always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The apartment is in a brand new block with excellent security, ideal location, close to all amenities and a stone throw away from Cavendish Square. Would definitely stay here the next time I visit Cape Town."

"Anne was the perfect host.We were late arriving, due to a flight delay and she very kindly returned to welcome us. The unit was exceptional, beyond our expectation. The full-time security provided us with complete confidence to move around, knowing they would be available 24 hours a day. With a major shopping centre within a 3 minute walk, the location could not have been better. Several nice touches, eg chocolates, tea, coffee, milk cleaning materials, including washing powder was exceptional. The unit was spotless and provided for our every need. Having stayed at numerous (+5) hotels and apartments over the proceeding 4 week period, arriving at the Beaumont was the next best accommodation to our home."
