Anne-Marie Vincent CV
I am Durban North Agent
Hi, I’m Anne-Marie and I joined Remax-Panache during lockdown in May 2020. I specialise in residential property sales in the Durban North and La Lucia area. I have been a resident of Morningside for my school career and now a resident of Durban North. Combined with being brought up in a home with my mother selling property from when I was just 6 years old, she also started the first Pam Golding office in KZN so, property is in my blood! I have completed my NQF4, NQF5 and BTech degree Credit Management. Prior to joining Pam Golding Properties, I worked at Unilever for 16 years, starting as a Credit Manager, which is a solid base for understanding the legal aspects which form the foundation of property agreements. I am a highly motivated and optimistic individual and pride myself with sound values and strive for continuous improvement on an ongoing basis; whether it be in my day-to-day dealings with both buyers and sellers, or in my daily life. Knowing the market gives me the edge to achieve the results my clients are looking for. With my career in Real Estate with Pam Golding Properties I have been awarded “KZN Rookie of the year 2016”. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.
