🎉🎉Introducing Our Leasing Specialist – Laura🎉🎉

At AJ Property Holdings, we are proud to introduce Laura, our dedicated Leasing Specialist who brings over 25 years of experience in the property industry.

Laura has been an integral part of the AJPH team for the past 6.5 years, playing a key role in the successful launch of 15 shopping centres. Her expertise in retail leasing, tenant negotiations and development marketing has helped shape thriving retail destinations across our portfolio.

One of Laura’s greatest passions is supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners. She has helped many new businesses take their first steps into the retail environment guiding them through the leasing process and supporting their growth from the very beginning.

Laura is currently involved in 13 new retail developments continuing to build strong tenant relationships and ensuring the right tenant mix for long-term success.

We are incredibly proud to have Laura on the AJPH journey working closely with our tenants and partners to create successful retail environments.
