With regards to the specific sectional title you may be interested in, you should always consider the following:

○ Make a request for the specific Body Corporate’s financial statements from the appointed agent.
○ It's important that you are comfortable with the conduct rules specific to the complex. (e.g. you can't wash your car during the week)
○ Ask for the notes of the last AGM meeting which could help indicate any issues.
○ Consider comparing the levies with those of similar complexes.
○ Confirm if the complex is professionally managed by an accredited managing agent.
