Many home owners assume that Building Plans and Sectional Title Plans are the same thing, but they serve very different purposes.

🔹 Building Plans
Prepared by an architect or draughtsperson and approved by the local municipality before construction begins.

These plans show:

🔹 Sectional Title Plans
