Commission Structure:

Intern Agents: 50% (Agent) / 50% (Company)
Full-Status Agents: 60% (Agent) / 40% (Company)

"LESS IS MORE..."
We all have, and are entitled to our opinions. But expressing it or not, is a choice we must make. Sometimes, it's best not to say anything, for however good your intentions and thoughts may be, especially during arguments and disagreements, you may further fuel the rage and anger. Mistakes, make people lose their ability to remain calm through an argument or disagreement. Emotions become clouded. So best, is to not say anything, but silently pray that peace, calm and maturity prevail, even in disagreement. We have a responsibility to ensure that our future generations are able to carry dignity in everything, in their lives. Your silence during certain times, can say far more than your actual words, for words expressed then, may be twisted in interpretation. That takes everything then to another level. Keep the peace, hold that thoughts, and just remember, " a stitch in time, saves nine". Whatever you have to say, share with God. Safest ever. No responding, just simply listen. The greatest battle is fought within you. It's when you are torn between getting involved or staying out of it. Either way, it affects you. Maturity mellows you after a period. Learning to distance yourself from certain things and people is not being selfish. It's about you and the PEACE you need. You may go on arguing about something that simply isn't worth the effort, even though you are right, but everyone else is adamant about the logic. Become selective of your involvement of matters for the sake of your own peace and happiness. Be it the workspace or the home, learn to detach if it disturbs your happiness. Be focused rather on that and those who respect your feelings, views and opinions, even if you are different. Pray for those who disturb you, forgive those who wronged you and help those who seek you. Your peace is greater than you being right, right now. A SLOW START...
It's all about the first step. Building yourself up to take that first step is everything. You can never progress from where you are, if you do not make an effort in taking the first "small" step. Yes, possibly you may fall, but then you may not. Try, and fail,... than fail to try. You are not alone. You are surrounded by people who love you, who wish only the best for you, and your happiness. How does one have faith in you, if you yourself fail to believe in yourself? Be positive in your attitude. Step out in confidence and take that first step. It may just be the best thing that you will ever do, and there's no looking back in regret, but only to see just how far you've come. Thank the ones who discouraged you, for they actually encouraged you to prove yourself right. Bow down to parents and elders for always going the extra mile for your dreams. But most important, remain humble no matter how much success you achieve. The "bicycle" will always remain faithful when your "car" let's you down. "HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE"
Life is never a smooth journey. If it was, it certainly would be boring. How then would you grow and develop as a person? Through the challenges, it's important to keep a positive attitude, think positive thoughts and always believe that something better is about to happen. It's been proven that positive attitude and thoughts bring positive results. If we continue to wallow in self pity, we will remain fallen. It's said that: "God helps those that help themselves". Be adventurous, be positive that what has passed you by, was never meant for you, bcoz bigger and better was yet to come. It's just like when you are ill, your recovery depends largely on your willpower, and the healing begins. Half our battles are won by the attitudes we carry. Clouds don't remain forever.
