**A DREAM COME TRUE ✨**
Eight and a half years ago, if you had asked high school Caleb or even younger where I’d be today, I would’ve laughed. Me? Selling property? Never.

My journey started with an opportunity from my mentor, teacher, and brother, Barrett Pearson. From being his personal assistant to learning from his excellence, I’m forever grateful for the guidance, belief, and standards he instilled in me.
To my incredible wife, my everything—my “Pep Guardiola,” my coach, my manager, my biggest supporter… thank you. From our first date in 2020, dreaming about homes we’d one day sell, to building a life together—you believed in me when I doubted myself and pushed me to take the leap. You turned a boy into a man. Becoming a father changed everything. It gave me purpose. Hunger. Drive. I completed my NQF4, became an agent with Team Barrett Pearson, and in my first month, I sold 5 properties. That was just the beginning.
2024 tested me in ways I never imagined. A near-death experience, time away from work—but by God’s grace, I came back in 2025 and closed 8 sales in one month, totalling ±R27.5 million.
Late nights. Early mornings. Sacrifices. No excuses—just consistency and faith.
