Job description
We are looking for estate agents that can successfully find prospective clients,
understand their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then
negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive
your success.

Responsibilities
Stage and show living spaces for rental or sales
Advertise and market living spaces
Find and reach out to new prospects
Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
Negotiate living space rent or sale and close deal with client
You must be a self starter and be able to drive your success by hard work and
perseverance
Qualifications and Requirements
Must have matric
2-3 years' of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
You need to have your own laptop, cellphone and car
Remuneration
Commission only, no basic salary
