Yesterday, our W Club members, Wakefields’ top achievers, joined us for an inspiring breakfast session at The Gregory, in Kloof.

Before the seminar, each agent completed a strengths and personality assessment, receiving a personalised profile outlining the qualities they naturally bring to their work. As we reviewed the results, clear patterns appeared. The shared strengths that consistently show up among our highest performers. These themes formed the basis of an insightful presentation on how to use those strengths intentionally in client interactions.
