To everyone that has like the page, thank you very much. I assume some interest as a potential buyer or supplier for the project is what has caught you interest.

In regards to the 104 development in Middleburg, marketing of the units for sale has been postponed to a later date, this is in the attempt to brush up on minor details on Site Development Plans that the town planner has asked of us. Future marketing dates will will be made available on this page and the local newspapers in Middleburg and surrounding towns.

Greetings all, hope everybody is well and having a great weekend. Thanks to all who have liked the page. I believe great opportunities lay ahead.

The Middleburg development will be put to market end of September, expecting units to be swept up by early to mid next year. However we will be opening the development to tender, allowing companies the opportunity to be a part of this amazing project.
