The proposed Golden Triangle Shopping Centre has moved into the environmental approval phase. The plan includes a 16,800mยฒ retail development, upgraded access from the N2, and supporting infrastructure.
This is the type of project that can influence how an area evolves. But only if it actually gets built, attracts the right tenants, and sustains foot traffic. Thatโs where most developments either succeed or quietly fade.
