This festive season has truly been a blessing! I’m thrilled to share that four beautiful properties have found their new owners this month. 🎉 It’s been a wonderfully busy time, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the trust and support of my amazing clients.

A big congratulations to our Bellville winners, Mr. and Mrs. Pierre Erasmus! We had the pleasure of doing a valuation for them in Stellenridge, secured a sole mandate, sold their property before it even hit the market, and helped them find their dream retirement home in Ridgeworth through our colleague, Lita van Rensburg. Their loyalty and trust make them truly deserving of this prize.
