Well – firstly you have a network of agents working on your house, and thus your chances of selling fast is accelerated. Secondly, you have 1 person to work with who manages many agents. This takes away the irritation factor of dealing with many agents – which include multiply agent phone calls, multiple viewing requests and the need to keep track of it all. You deal only with me – and I manage it all for you. I am so assured of your satisfaction that I include a clause in our contract that you can fire me with 24 hour notice. That is right, even if we have a mandate in place for 3 or more months, I will allow you to fire me with 24 hour notice, with no questions asked!!! How many agents out there will do that?
