Following the transaction's conclusion, Johan shared:
“I successfully concluded the leasing of this property for the second time, having originally placed the previous national tenant in the facility 13 years ago.

I have walked a long road with Mark Hinrichsen on this property, and I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mark for the trust he placed in me, as well as for his support and collaboration in securing a suitable tenant for the property.
