Aurora Om Die Berg is about more than the kilometres covered or the finish line crossed. Every entry helps support the restoration and ongoing maintenance of the historic buildings of the NG Gemeente Aurora.

The Aurora church building is more than 100 years old, with the church inauguration on 23 January 1909, and its striking organ installed in 1924. Specialist restoration work has already included attention to the roof and the restoration of the stained-glass windows.

By entering Aurora Om Die Berg, you are helping to preserve an important part of Aurora’s heritage for future generations.
