This venue is NOT suitable for:�• Loud parties�• Nightclub-style events�• Excessive alcohol consumption�• Drunk or disorderly behaviour�• Uncontrolled gatherings�• Heavy bass music or DJ setups
We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not align with the environment and standards of the property.

👥 Guest Capacity & Visitors
• Guest limits apply according to booking agreement�• Additional guests only permitted with prior approval�• Approved additional guests: From R100 per person�• No unapproved visitors or walk-ins allowed�• Accommodation packages allow a maximum of 10 approved day visitors unless otherwise arranged

🔐 Booking & Deposit
• A refundable R1,500 breakage and cleaning deposit is required�• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received�• Deposit refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after inspection, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations occur

📋 Venue Rules & House Guidelines
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:
• No large parties or uncontrolled gatherings�• No DJs, nightclub setups, or excessive sound systems unless approved in writing�• Music must remain at respectful levels at all times�• Quiet time strictly applies from 9:30 PM�• Alcohol permitted in moderation only�• No fighting, aggressive behaviour, or public disturbances�• Children must be supervised at all times�• No illegal substances or unlawful activity permitted on the property�• Property may accommodate other guests unless exclusive/full venue booking has been arranged
Management reserves the right to:�• Reduce sound levels�• Switch off music�• Refuse entry to additional guests�• End an event early if necessary�• Retain part or full deposit for damages, excessive noise, rule violations, or misconduct

• Guests are responsible for removing all personal items and waste after the event�• Black refuse bags must be used�• Additional cleaning fees may apply where necessary�• Failure to leave the venue in acceptable condition may result in deductions from the deposit
