Job description
The main purpose of this position is for the Portfolio Officer to serve as the face of Own Haven Property Management in the region, focusing on the effective management of the existing portfolio and the growth of the third-party portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining current relationships.
KPIs
โข New business - Ensure the successful take-on of new properties under management
โข Ensure the efficient and effective landlord administration and management of related processes
โข Ensure the efficient and effective tenant administration and management of related processes
โข Property management and complex wellbeing
โข Owner/Trustee relationship and management
โข Manage community schemes in line with mandates, current procedures, and relevant legislation.
โข Credit control and financial management
โข Financial and risk management
โข Report writing
โข Participate in community development programmes implemented by the company.
Minimum Requirements:
โข Registered with PPRA as an Estate Agent, holding a valid FFC; advantageous.
โข Diploma in Property Management or similar
โข Driverโs licence
โข Three yearsโ experience in a client services/marketing & management environment.
โข Managing third-party properties advantageous.
โข Basic understanding of the Rental Housing Act & Sectional Title Schemes Act.
โข Own vehicle and willing to use for work.
