Alma Vlok has been in the real estate business since 1995, after completing her real estate qualifications many years before starting to practice as an Estate Agent. She started her real estate career with Jenny Butlion Estates and has worked for big name brands such as Re/Max and as co-owner of CENTURY 21 East London for many years. The company was started in January 2011 and our mission is to provide, excellent service with integrity and honesty, always acting in the best interest of both the buyer and the seller. The company is known for excellent after sales service amongst various strengths. While the company focuses on the more central areas in the broader East London area, it does list and sell in all areas of East London. The areas which the company focuses on, however, are the Dorchester Heights, Nahoon Valley Park areas, as the company is situated in Dorchester Heights. Other focus areas are: Beacon Bay, Bonnie Doon, Nahoon, Bunkers Hill, Berea, Nahoon Valley, Stirling, Selborne, Vincent, Woodleigh, Cambridge, Chiselhurst, Cambridge West, Amalinda, Saxilby, Quigney and Summerpride. Alma Vlok Real Estate is concerned with quality and not quantity. The basic motto is to focus on three to four properties at a time, in order to give the sellers quality service, sell the property and move to the next one. This ensures a quality service.
