We offer Dignified and Respectable accommodation at affordable rates. All of this will be done at a fee of 5% of the acquisition cost.

Abakhi bengcebo will oversee the entire process, from property identification, all the way through construction. No extra fee will be charged on the development in the second phase. Once the whole process has been completed, Abakhi bengcebo will manage to full rental process at a nominal fee of 10%. Included in the 10% withholding fee is the maintenance of the property and any administration fees included, including scouting of tenants and management of the property. Investors will be receiving their rental income on a quarterly basis. Every three months, investors will receive a portion of their rental income, after a withholding tax for SARS purposes. Individuals wishing to invest in property can invest a minimum of R10 000 to acquire a portion of a property. Investors are not allowed to pull out of investment for the first 5 periods. After the 5 year period, investors will be allowed to withdraw from their investment at a market rate of the property at that point in time.
