Established in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, the founding member has laid the foundation of the brand with specialised knowledge and vast experience. The founding member has more than 16 years real estate experience. Righthaüs is duly registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and, pursuant to the provisions of the Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976, holds a Fidelity Fund Certificate in compliance with the provisions of Sections 26, 27, 28, 33(1)(e) and (f) of the aforesaid act. Righthaüs is further duly registered in terms of the Companies Act, as a fully compliant company in South Africa.
