**Job Vacancy: Receptionist & Office Clerical Assistant**
Looking for a reliable and organised **Receptionist / Office Clerical Assistant** to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Open and close the office when required
* Monitor paper usage and ensure timely re-ordering of paper and other stationery
* Receive property listings and ensure all documentation is complete and signed
* Capture listings on Prop Control and file once completed
* Update listings according to the dedicated Day Book for any changes or updates
* Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, or take messages when required
* Receive and assist visitors at the office
* Monitor and control 4-monthly rental inspections
* Complete TPN figures once per month
* Handle complaints and repair matters arising from rental inspections, discuss with the office supervisor, and complete necessary actions
**Requirements:**
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* Professional communication and telephone etiquette
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage office tasks efficiently
* Basic computer skills (experience with property systems will be beneficial)
