What do landlord expect from the agent/agency?
A. PROCUREMENT OF TENANT ONLY
I/We agree to pay a procurement of the amount of the First months Rental Amount as stated in this mandate, on fulfilment of this mandate. payable on receipt of the signed contract, for which the agent/agency undertakes to render the following services:
- Advertise on numerous property websites,
- Screen prospective tenants (credit checks),
- Collection of identity documents / passports / ck doc’s, bank statement and letter of employment or pay slips, proof of residence,
- Draw up of the agreement of lease,
- Secure of damage and utility deposit and 1st month’s rental (damage deposit – one month rental)
- Incoming inspections
- DAMAGE DEPOSIT TO BE HELD BY LANDLORD IN AN INTEREST BERING ACCOUNT.

(A renewal of the lease will be done at a cost of 5% of the lease value)
