We are nearing the end of verification and placements for phase 1 💃🏼. Clients with stands between 1/1 - 1/6000 that have not been verified or placed BUT have paid for their services are expected to come to our offices with their relevant documents for verification.

Please note that placements will be placed on hold until further notice.

ANNONCEMENT TO PHASE 1,2 AND PHASE 3 BENEFICIARIES!

Attention all PhakamaUthethe Benefiiaries. Those who purchased stands from OCTOBER 2022 to NOVEMBER 2022, or all clients that haven't been allocated as yet, are expected to come for allocation on Tuesday the 6th December 2022. Kindly avail yourselves or send any family member or friend on your behalf with relevant documents. Transport will be available at the station at R60 RETURN at 07:00AM.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY FOR CLIENTS THAT HAVE BOUGHT A STAND AND HAVEN'T BEEN TAKEN TO SITE TO GET A STAND NUMBER.

Good Day Phakama Uthethe resident. Beneficiaries that own stands between 1/1601 - 1/2000 are expected to come to our offices this week for verification of documents (Deeds of Sale).
Please note , only beneficiaries that paid for their water and services will be placed. Should you pay for your water and services after your placement date has been announced , you will be held liable for a penalty fee of R300.00.
