🚧 Small Fixes. Real Impact.

Transformation is not just about good intentions. It is about showing up.

Last Saturday, Co-Founders of Transforming Neighbourhoods, Lucinda Harman and Jonathan Broekman - who is also Director of Homes of Distinction - rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty, physically repairing the stretch of road outside Blairgowrie Park that had become a daily hazard for residents. The road, which leads to a recreation facility and a retirement home, was riddled with potholes. At night, the stretch had become particularly dangerous.
Rather than waiting for change, they became the change.
Working on the ground they tackled the damaged section head-on - restoring safer access to a route used by families, elderly residents and the wider community.
At Homes of Distinction, we understand that thriving neighbourhoods protect property value, restore pride and strengthen the daily lives of residents. Meaningful development is not just about structures - it is about stewardship.
