Code 10 driving license

Job description:

1. To clean the around the property and to ensure that the toilets and bathrooms are clean at all times

2. Ensure safety and security of students

3. To attend and resolve to tenants problems that might arise.

4. Emptying of dustbins

5. draining of the sewerage when full

6. To show new tenants the rooms and receive new tenants.

7. pre- and post-inspection of the units when tenants move in or out.
